Deposits
To secure a Group or Charter reservation, a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required within 10 days of the reservation date. Please note this deposit is NON- REFUNDABLE! A charter cannot be confirmed until the deposit and properly executed Letter of Intent have been received by Peter Hughes Diving, Inc.

Caribbean Destination	$3,000.00 Deposit
Pacific Destination	$4,000.00 Deposit (7 nights)
Pacific Destination	$5,000.00 Deposit (10 or more nights)

Commissions
Qualified Wholesalers, Dive Shops, Travel Agencies and Dive Clubs will receive a commission that will be deducted from the published fare for each of the paying guests.

Complimentary Spaces
A FULL CHARTER (defined as the total guest capacity) booking qualifies for 2 complimentary spaces at the lowest published rate (except Whale Watching Expeditions which earn 1 complimentary space on a full charter.) A GROUP (defined as at least ½ of a full charter) is credited for one complimentary space at the lowest published rate (except Island and Komodo Dancer which require 7 paid to eran one complimentary space).

Interim Payment
25% of the total payment is due AT LEAST SIX MONTHS (180 days) prior to departure. If all contracted spaces have not been sold at that time, the charterer may choose to return unsold spaces to Peter Hughes Diving, Inc. for the reduced administrative fee of only $100 per space for each released space, or to retain all of the spaces as originally contracted. Peter Hughes Diving, Inc will refer calls from anyone who inquires about the charter dates, if so advised. Each group or charter is limited to one single supplement space.

Final Payment
Full payment is due AT LEAST THREE MONTHS (90 days) prior to departure. If all contracted spaces have not been sold at that time, it must be decided whether to retain the space as contracted or to return unsold spaces to Peter Hughes Diving, Inc. An Administrative Fee of $300 per space will be added for each released space. To retain the spaces as contracted, payment must be made in full including the unsold spaces. Peter Hughes Diving, Inc will refer calls from anyone who inquires about the charter dates, if so advised. Each group or charter is limited to one single supplement space.

Referrals
Once group or full charter space is DEPOSITED ON, the charterer may decide to make PHD aware that they are accepting referrals for their charter. The charterer should understand that PHD will always attempt to make a direct sale of available spaces on open charters in the requested destination and/or will attempt to cross-sell other destinations. If the guest is not flexible in his/her travel schedule and has a specific destination in mind, PHD will release the name and contact number of the charterer for the requested period up to 90 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE. At 90 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE the charterer is REQUIRED to pay in full for all spaces which are sold and to release all unsold spaces (remember, an Administrative Fee will apply for each space released). NO REFERRALS will be made to charterers less than 90 days prior to departure unless all spaces have been paid in full.

Port Charges
Port charges will be added to the invoice for each guest space, including comps and unsold spaces. These charges vary per destination ($65 - $100) and must be included in the final payment. Other miscellaneous fees and taxes may apply and are subject to change.

Rooming List/Trip Manifest
A complete rooming list is due to Peter Hughes Diving, Inc. at least 90 days prior to departure, include flight arrival information for each passenger as well as any special dietary requests and all requests for rental gear and discounts.
